Returns

RETURNS - All returns for whatever reasons must be authorised. As a general rule we will require the original invoice/receipt or copy thereof as proof of purchase. Please remember that when you sign for goods to check that the packaging is intact and sealed/unopened. If you have any doubts please call for advise before signing. Any goods/delivery query/shortage or fault must be notified in writing. 
FAULTY RETURNS - Faulty goods must be advised within 14 working days (from the day after receipt of goods) for replacement, in its original packaging and condition. Please contact us so that we can arrange collection. Please advise if you have signed for the goods as damaged with the carrier who delivered the goods.
NON-FAULTY RETURNS / RIGHT TO CANCEL/COOLING OFF PERIOD - Goods MUST be UNOPENED and in original packaging for full refund. Cancellation must be advised in writing within 2 days (post, e-mail or fax) with goods returned within 14 days (from the day after receipt of goods). Our delivery service charges are non-refundable. Consumer is responsible for cost of return including appropriate insurance and for ensuring the goods are returned to us in original condition. Uniquities is not responsible for damage/loss whilst being returned. Please remember that it is your responsibility to take care of the goods whilst they are in your possession. Goods returned damaged or used will not be accepted and if the goods or packaging are opened/damaged and not saleable ‘as new’, we reserve the right to seek recompense for the resulting loss in value. Uniquities complies with current legislation with regards to returns, specifically The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014 i.e. you have the right to return the goods for a refund provided they are completely unopened/unused and returned within 14 working days after the day on which you received them.
OTHER RETURNS - Goods returned without authorisation will be refused.
